Acceptable use

Use TXTNimble only for material you are authorised to process. Do not distribute malware, violate privacy, interfere with the website, probe unauthorised systems or use generated text to misrepresent evidence or identity.

Tool output

Browser and assisted tools may not suit every language, format or professional requirement. Review every result. Generated language, metadata, schema and policy drafts are starting points rather than guarantees or professional advice.

Accounts and paid access

You are responsible for account security. Plus access, when checkout is enabled, lasts for the period shown at purchase. The current implementation describes a manually purchased 30-day period and does not promise automatic renewal. Text-to-Handwriting premium pages are separate one-off digital purchases priced per page. Watermark-free export is unlocked only after server-side payment verification.

Availability and changes

Features may be updated, rate-limited, suspended or removed for maintenance, security or product reasons. Optional AI, analytics, billing and advertising can remain inactive independently of the core tools.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TXTNimble and Support IT Ventures are not liable for indirect losses arising from output, incompatibility, user error, unverified claims or service interruption.
