Browser tools remain free. This policy applies only after a paid checkout is enabled and a purchase is completed.
Handwriting page purchases
Premium handwriting pages are one-off digital goods. Once a server-verified payment has unlocked and a watermark-free export has been generated or downloaded, the purchase is normally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where TXTNimble confirms a duplicate charge or service failure. If verification fails, no premium export is unlocked; contact support with the provider payment reference.
When checkout is disabled
No payment is collected by TXTNimble and there is no purchase to refund. A disabled checkout button does not indicate a failed order.
Paid access period
When enabled, the checkout states the amount, plan and access period before payment. The current Plus design grants 30 days of access after server-side payment verification and is not described as automatically renewing.
Duplicate or incorrect charge
Use the secure contact form with the provider transaction reference. Do not submit card numbers, UPI PINs, passwords or complete banking credentials. We will review provider records and access fulfilment before deciding the appropriate correction or refund.
Consumed digital access
Refund availability may depend on the cause, timing, usage and applicable law. A failed signature verification does not grant access and should not be treated as a completed purchase by the application.
