- We may ask for order details and a description of the issue.
- Fraudulent or abusive usage may make a refund ineligible.

- Duplicate payment for the same order.
- Payment succeeded but plan not activated due to a technical issue (after verification).
How to request a refund

- Describe the issue and attach screenshots if needed.
- We will review and reply with next steps.
Processing time
If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Timelines may vary by payment provider and bank.
