How we handle data

We don’t store your input text

When you use a tool, your text is processed to generate an output. We do not store the input text in the database.

Temporary exports (PLUS)

If you export output as a file, that export is stored temporarily so you can download it. Exports are removed from the server once downloaded.

Operational logs

We keep minimal logs for stability and abuse prevention (rate limits, errors). Logs aren’t used to build user profiles and are not sold.

AI mode (optional)

If AI mode is enabled (Admin → AI Studio), prompts are sent to your configured Ollama endpoint. When AI is unavailable, TXTNIMBLE falls back to local mode.
