Privacy by design
How text and local files are handled.
Delivery 1 browser tools are designed to work without sending their input to TXTNimble.
Browser tools
The tool code is downloaded with the page. When you paste text or select a supported local file, JavaScript processes it in the browser tab. The application does not make a tool-processing API request, and the server does not receive the input or generated output.
EML, CSV and local file selection
The browser grants the page temporary access only to the file you select. The EML reader parses common headers, message bodies and MIME metadata. The CSV/TSV viewer parses delimited text. Closing or refreshing the page clears the working state unless your browser itself restores a form.
Accounts and contact messages
Member accounts store an email address, a password hash, plan label, status and timestamps. Passwords are never stored in readable form. The contact form stores the sender’s name, email, subject and message so the support team can respond. A one-way IP hash is used for abuse control.
Usage statistics
Delivery 1 does not load Google Analytics, advertising scripts or an AI service. Browser-tool input and output are not logged. Future server-assisted tools, when introduced, will be clearly labelled and will use a separate privacy contract.
Your choices
Do not paste material you are not authorised to process. For extremely sensitive information, use an offline application and disconnect from the network. You can ask for account or contact-data assistance through the secure form.
