How browser and assisted tool inputs are handled.
The processing notice on each tool explains whether the input remains on the device or is submitted for a local-first server result.
Browser tools
For tools labelled Browser processing, JavaScript performs the supported operation in the browser tab. TXTNimble does not receive the pasted text or selected local file for that tool run. Refreshing or closing the page clears the current workspace unless the browser restores form state.
Local-first assisted tools
Grammar, rewriting, business-draft and SEO-generation tools submit the entered text to the TXTNimble application. A deterministic PHP engine creates a result first. The usage log stores the tool slug, time, processing mode, account or one-way IP key, and input/output lengths; it does not store the submitted text or output body.
Optional AI enhancement
AI enhancement is unavailable unless the site owner configures a private endpoint and enables the feature. When the option appears, the visitor must select it. If the endpoint is disabled or fails, the deterministic local result is returned. Sensitive content should not be sent through optional AI unless the visitor is authorised and trusts the configured processing boundary.
Accounts, billing and contact
Accounts store an email address, password hash, plan, plan-expiry date, status and timestamps. Billing records store provider references, amount, plan and status, not complete card or bank credentials. Contact messages store the submitted name, email, subject and message so the support team can respond.
Analytics and advertising
Optional analytics loads only after consent when it has been enabled with a valid measurement ID. Advertising remains separately disabled until configured and approved. Tool input is never sent in analytics events.
Your choices
Do not enter material you are not authorised to process. Use an offline application for exceptionally sensitive information. Account and contact-data requests can be submitted through the secure form.
