This policy explains the information TXTNimble receives in Delivery 1 and the controls used to limit unnecessary collection.
Who operates TXTNimble
TXTNimble is operated by Support IT Ventures. Use the contact form for privacy requests.
Text and files processed by browser tools
Supported Delivery 1 tools run locally in your browser. TXTNimble does not receive, store or log the text, EML file, CSV/TSV file or result used in those tools.
Information you provide
If you create an account, we store your email address, password hash, plan label, account status and timestamps. If you use the contact form, we store the submitted name, email, subject and message.
Security and abuse controls
Sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies where HTTPS is available. Rate-limit records use one-way keys and expire. Passwords use PHP’s current password-hashing method. No website can promise absolute security, so we use reasonable controls and minimise retained information.
Cookies
Delivery 1 uses essential session and remember-me cookies for account and administration functions. Analytics and advertising cookies are not enabled.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process limited technical data necessary to deliver the website. Information may be disclosed where legally required or needed to protect the service from abuse.
Retention and requests
Account information is retained while the account is active or as reasonably needed for security and legal obligations. Contact messages are retained for support history and may be deleted when no longer needed. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.

Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated review date.
