Who operates TXTNimble

TXTNimble is operated by Support IT Ventures. Use the contact form for privacy requests.

Browser-tool text and files

Supported browser tools process input on the device. TXTNimble does not receive or store that tool input or output.

Assisted-tool text

Assisted tools receive submitted text to produce the requested result. The ordinary usage record stores only identifiers, time, mode and length information. The text and generated output are not inserted into the usage log. Optional AI is used only when configured and selected; endpoint operators may have their own infrastructure obligations.

Accounts and purchases

Accounts store email, password hash, plan, expiry, status and timestamps. Payment records store amount, purpose, provider order/payment references, limited fulfilment metadata and payment state. Guest handwriting purchases do not require an account. The handwriting text and rendered pages are not included in Razorpay order metadata. Card or bank credentials are handled by the payment provider rather than stored in TXTNimble’s database.

Cookies and consent

Essential cookies secure sessions, forms and remember-me access. Optional analytics loads only after consent. Advertising remains separate and must not be enabled merely by adding a publisher identifier.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Hosting, infrastructure, AI-proxy or payment providers may process limited information needed to deliver an enabled service. Account and transaction records are retained as reasonably required for access, security, support and legal obligations.
